Decaffeinated Peru Sol y Café is organic and fair trade certified. Using a Swiss Water Process (SWP) that is free from all solvents, this low-acid coffee truly retains all of its delicious, sweet, dark chocolate, caramel, and graham notes. When placed next to other, caffeinated, coffees, this decaf will surprise- even we can't tell the difference!
