This is a classic tea for blending or serving. A warm, golden amber tea that is malty and robust with crisp floral, citrus, and honey notes. This tea can be enjoyed with but is best without milks and sweeteners. It is a high-grown tea at over 5,000 ft elevation and boasts some of the regions finest tea. The Greenfield Estate was the first carbon-neutral tea farm in the world and this tea is organic and fair trade certified.

Brewing Suggestions and Serving Info: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g/2 tsp for 12 oz of water. Steep for 4-6 minutes.
One oz. of Ceylon loose tea will yield 11-15 cups of brewed tea.
