Our organic Colombia Huila Pitalito produces a solidly excellent cup of coffee in a fuller body, with nice brightness, and above average sweetness. Expect chocolate, honey, and citrusy cherry notes. We recommend roasting light to medium.
This coop consists of a small group of producers located in the Colombian massif, an area of great environmental importance in the world. For most of these growers, activities on the farm are carried out by their own family members. They follow sustainable practices in order to protect natural resources of the region.
