This is among the very best jasmine tea in the world. Jasmine Pearls are made with young green tea, using the first two leaves and a bud. It is processed in a traditional green tea fashion and is painstakingly hand-rolled into small pearls during the shaping process. Once finished, they are set aside until Spring, when the jasmine harvest begins and then are heat infused with the blossoms. This tea pairs perfectly with medium bodied green tea used at its base or can be enjoyed alone, as a lightly floral and tropical tea.
